In 2005, Ayça Öcal completed her undergraduate studies at Koç University in the field of Nursing, followed by her postgraduate studies in Hospital and Healthcare Institutions Management at Beykent University in 2010.

Her career commenced from 2005 to 2009 at the American Hospital, where she served as a Medical Ward and Intensive Care Unit Nurse. From 2010 to 2013, she continued her journey at the Medical Park Hospitals Group, holding positions as Deputy Manager and Central Group Training Supervisor. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2016, she assumed the Director of Nursing Services role at Medipol and Bezmilalem University Hospital. In 2016-2020, she contributed significantly to Acıbadem Health Group as the Director of Nursing Services and Business Development Project Coordinator, pivotal in hospital inaugurations and central staffing projects. Following roles as Director of Nursing Services and Group Manager at private healthcare institutions from 2020 to 2022, she joined Medicana Health Group in August 2022 as the Director of Nursing Services Group.

Since August 2023, Ayça Öcal has continued her dedicated service as the Director of Nursing Services at Medicana Health Group.

She is also a proud member of the Executive Nurses Association.
