An optimal and safe working environment and infrastructure is created in all hospitals and medical centers of Medicana Health Group, as all processes are reviewed from the perspective of personnel.

Branch- and department-based assessments are made for issues that threaten health and safety of employees. A team responsible for health and safety of employees is available in all branch offices, and monthly meetings are held and necessary corrective and preventive activities are started.

Disabled personnel account for 3% of all personnel working in all branches of Medicana Health Group.

A policy is valid to have employees notify views, advices and complaints and they are informed about means to notify views, advices and complaints about problems faced about services or about the hospital and the personnel. Employee Rights and Safety unit and a responsible team is available in all hospitals and medical centers in order to have views, advices and complaints assessed. Meetings are held at quarterly intervals and necessary corrective and preventive activities are started.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys are applied to contribute for measuring the ability to meet expectations and requirements of employees and the quality improvement process.
