Asst. Prof. Gülçin Türkmen Sarıyıldız has graduated from Gazi University Medical Faculty and completed specialty education in Ankara Oncology Hospital General Surgery Department. She also performed administrative services in healthcare sector at a young age. In this respect, she also had completed Administration education.
She attended Medical Director, General Manager and Administrative positions, and special projects.  

As a Founder General Manager in many state and private hospitals, she started working as Medical Director and General Manager Medicana International Ankara Hospital.  She continues this position since the year 2015. She also works in education sector in Atılım University Healthcare Vocational School as Reseacher.   

She also was active in NGOs. She has several scientific articles, general surgery books and attendance to scientific meetings. 

She works on leadership, basic hospital management, technological evolution in healthcare and innovation. She currently continues Medicana Healthcare Group Strategic Co-chairmanship and Medicana Innovation Office (MIO) Director. 
She is married with 1 child. She has good level of English
