Asst. Prof. Gülçin Türkmen Sarıyıldız has graduated from Gazi University Medical Faculty and completed specialty education in Ankara Oncology Hospital General Surgery Department. She also performed administrative services in the healthcare sector at a young age. In this respect, she also completed her administration education.
She attended Medical Director, General Manager and Administrative positions, and special projects.
As a Founder General Manager in many state and private hospitals, she started working as Medical Director and General Manager at Medicana International Ankara Hospital in 2015. She has continued in this position. She also works as a researcher in the education sector at Atılım University Healthcare Vocational School.
She also was active in NGOs. She has several scientific articles and general surgery books and attends scientific meetings.
She works on leadership, essential hospital management, technological evolution in healthcare, and innovation. She continues Medicana Healthcare Group Strategic Co-chairmanship and Medicana Innovation Office (MIO) Director.
She is married with one child. She has a good level of English.
