Born in Bingöl in 1980, Mr. Özülkü completed his education in Business Administration and Management at Anadolu University in Eskişehir and Healthcare Services Management at Istanbul University.

He commenced his career as the Inventory Management Supervisor for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies at Alman Hospitals Group Vatan Hospital from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2014, he served as the Procurement Manager at Medicana Health Group. Since 2014, he has continued his dedicated service as the Director of Procurement Group at Medicana Health Group.
