Born in Eskişehir in 1959, Mr. Seçkin is a distinguished alumnus who concluded his undergraduate journey in Business Administration at Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1982.

From 1985 to 2009, he worked as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey. Since 2009, he has dedicatedly held the Director of Financial Affairs position at Medicana Health Group.
