Born in 1975, Ms. Erdemil completed her undergraduate education in 1997 at Hacettepe University's Department of Health Administration.
From 1997 to 2006, she pursued her career as the Operations Manager at Bursa Osmangazi Surgical Medical Center. Between 2006 and 2011, she served as the Patient Services and Medical Accounting Manager at Medicalpark Bursa Hospital. From 2011 to 2012, she was the doctor payments and invoicing group manager at Universal Hospitals Group.
As of 2012, she continues her career as the General Manager of Medicana Konya Hospital.
