Having served as the Founding Manager of the VIP Ambulance Service between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Çalkan took on the role of Founding Partner of Emergency Ambulance Health Services from 2008 to 2009. Continuing his career, he worked as the External Marketing Manager at Medicalpark Bahçelievler Hospital from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, he assumed the Deputy General Manager's role in Marketing at JFK Hospital.

Since 2011, he has been working in Medicana Health Group.
