Graduating from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 1988, Mr. Çetinalp completed his MBA in Health Management at Okan University in 2012. In 2016, he finished his Ph.D. in Hospital Management at the Institute of Business, Management, and Law, and in 2019, he completed his MBA in Business Management at Ekonomi University.

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Çetinalp worked as the Medical Coordinator at Izmir Crowne Plaza Hotel, continuing the same role at Izmir Swissotel Grand Efes from 2007 to 2009. From 2005 to 2014, he held various positions within the Ministry of Health, including Audit Coordinator, Education Coordinator, and General Coordinator. Between 2014 and 2016, he continued his service as the Health Tourism Coordinator within the Ministry of Health.

He continued his career as the Director of the International Patient Center within the Medicana Health Group between 2016-2021, and served as the Deputy Medical Director in the same years. He served as the Deputy General Manager of the Hospital between 2021-2022. He served as the General Manager of Medicana Çamlıca Hospital until September 2025. He continues to work at Medicana Avcılar Hospital as of September 2025.
