Mr. Bozkurt, was born in Istanbul on March 9, 1962. He is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry.

Embarking on his professional journey as a dentist, Mr. Bozkurt, the Chairman of the Board at Medicana Group, founded his first private hospital in 1992 alongside a few colleagues.

Driven by the mission to create employment through national and international hospital investments and to provide treatment and support to every individual in need of healthcare, Mr. Bozkurt has been at the forefront of the sector for over 30 years. As the Chairman of Medicana Health Group, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the pioneering healthcare institution.

Dedicated to serving society in the fields of Health and Education, Medicana Group Chairman of the Board Mr. Bozkurt has made investments to fulfill his vision of leaving a lasting impact on people's lives. In addition to preserving community health, he is committed to cultivating healthy individuals for society, thereby creating wholesome communities.

Mr. Bozkurt, who continues to invest in MBA Schools under the umbrella of the Modern Sciences Academy in Turkey, providing an Innovative Education Ecosystem to thousands of students from preschool to high school, also established Fenerbahçe University in 2016, offering a broad spectrum of educational opportunities from the Faculty of Engineering & Architecture to the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pharmacy, and the Faculty of Economics, Administrative, and Social Sciences and dedicated to preparing and supporting young individuals for life, both nationally and internationally, fostering a diverse range of academic pursuits. Since the University's inception, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
