Esen Girit Tümer completed her undergraduate studies in Linguistics at Istanbul University and earned her MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, USA. In addition to her formal education, she has pursued various training programs, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Boston Harvard University, IoT Training from New York Columbia University, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from France, and Leadership and Executive Management courses from Ashridge College in the UK and INSEAD in France.

With over 25 years of executive and leadership experience in high-tech companies such as Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Tyco & Covidien, Philips Healthcare Royal Philips, and Medtronic in the United States, Turkey, and the Middle East, Mrs. Girit Tümer has led numerous international projects in London, India, Iraq, Pakistan, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. She served in senior roles on the Advisory Board of the Acıbadem University Incubation Center and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Yeditepe University.

She was appointed as a Board Member of a Smart Wearable Technology Company in Manchester, UK, and is the Board of UIP - International Cooperation Platform Co-Chairman. As of 2020, she is the founder and CEO of Essential Evolutions in Artificial Intelligence and InfiniTech in BioScience, which operate in Turkey and the United States. Mrs. Girit Tümer is the founding president of YZTD (Artificial Intelligence and Technology Association) in Turkey, which is affiliated with the Global AAAI Association.

She has a strong background in Civil Society Organizations. She has represented Turkey in Brussels within the A.B/E.U regulations under COCIR and served as the President of TıpGörDer for seven years. She was Vice President of the PPP Association, Vice President of the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Association (TEİD), and President of the Medtronic Women's Network in the TWAL Region.

As a founding member of the Technology in Women Association (W-Tech) and Women on Board Association, she is an active member of various national and international associations, including AAAI in the United States and Women AI in Europe.

Recognized by Forbes and The Economist magazines, Mrs. Girit Tümer has been ranked among the top 50 successful women leaders nationwide across all industries. Over the years, she has consecutively been selected as the Number one Most Powerful Female CEO in the Healthcare Sector.
