Mr. Yorgancılar was born in 1974 in Tarsus. He completed his primary education in Tarsus and his secondary and high school education at Adana Anatolian High School. In 1998, he graduated with honors from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, earning the title of Medical Doctor. He completed his specialization training in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.

In addition to his professional career, he serves on the editorial boards of many journals and holds memberships in national and international associations. He also takes on leadership roles, such as President of the Ankara Health Institutions Association, where he works on operational leadership in healthcare and the superiority of education in healthcare innovation.

He has been General Manager at Medicana Beylikdüzü Hospital since 2022.

Married and the father of two children, Mr. Yorgancılar is proficient in English.
