Born in Kilis in 1967, Mr. İbanoğlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and completed his master's and doctoral degrees at İstinye University.

From 1997 to 2011, he served as an Anesthesia and Reanimation Specialist and Deputy Chief Physician at Özel Yüzyıl Hospital. Between 2011 and 2012, he assumed the role of Medical Director at Medicalpark Gebze Hospital. Continuing his professional journey, he was General Manager at the same hospital from 2012 to 2017. In 2017-2019, he took on the role of General Manager at Medicalpark Kocaeli Hospital. From 2019 to 2021, he served as the General Manager of Okan University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

Between 2021 and 2023, Mr. İbanoğlu served as the General Manager at Medicana Kadıköy Hospital. As of 2023, he continues to fulfill the responsibilities of the General Manager at Medicana Ataköy Hospital.

He is married and has one child.
