Born in Istanbul in 1987, Ms. Uğurlu completed her education at Eskişehir Anadolu University, earning degrees in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, focusing on Corporate Communication and Strategic Marketing.

She began her career at Flokser Group as an advertising manager in various media organizations. Ms. Uğurlu took on a Success Story program's producer and host role while appearing as a news anchor. Continuing her professional journey, she worked as a project coordinator and media relations manager at the 2010 Istanbul European Capital of Culture Agency. She was also among the project managers for Turkey's first Youth Art Biennial. She transitioned to the healthcare sector and joined the Universal Hospitals Group as the corporate communication manager.

Her career with Medicana Health Group began in 2014, where she served as the Corporate Communication Manager for Medicana International Istanbul Hospital and Medicana Bahçelievler Hospital. In 2019, she was appointed as the Corporate Communication Group Manager for Medicana Health Group, and in 2023, she started to serve as the Director of Brand and Corporate Communication.

Throughout her career, Ms. Uğurlu has led numerous corporate social responsibility projects. Actively participating in various training programs and seminars in Turkey and abroad, she has enhanced her expertise in communication and media. Additionally, she has shared her insights through educational sessions on various platforms.
